Everything We Needed

Florence trip

Would have liked a dishwasher and kitchen a little better stocked. Also, stepping stones from driveway to sidewalk may be something to consider at some point so guests don’t track grass into home as much. All in all, we were comfortable

Family home away from home

We have enjoyed our second trip staying at Briley Place. Check-in is a breeze. Checkout is as well. Suits our family perfectly. My husband has family all over Florence so this house is centered between everyone. We always look forward to staying in this home while visiting with our oldest daughter.

Cute home that is well taken care of

Home was clean and nicely decorated. We stayed two nights and needed to be close to UNA. It was just what we needed. Friendly owners and we even got to meet the grounds keeper who was just as friendly and helpful.

The house served our purposes. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We were close to every place we were wanting to see/do. What I didn't like, was that no check in info was available to us prior to our arrival. I asked the owner to text me the check in info as we were traveling. The text did not come thru and he did not try to call me. It's a good thing that the maintenance man was there when we got there, as he let us in and got the code from the owner. The floor in front of the washer, dryer, and fridge is very soft. Some one with a heavier step than mine has the potential to step thru the floor. Beverley Betz

If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Florence, I highly recommend Briley Place. It was very clean and well maintained. It is also conveniently located to everything that Florence has to offer.

Cute house

This is a cute, little home very convenient to everything in Florence. We visited the Rosebaum house, downtown Florence, the local brewery, and went to a park by the river while there. It was all close by and easy to find from this home. Some card/board games or DVD's would have supplemented the home and our stay, but otherwise we had everything we needed. It was clean and well organized. Thanks for such a quaint place to stay!

Bailey Place

Very nice house , in a great location. We had a small issue with the AC , which the owner took action right away to clear up the issue. We will defiantly be back .
