Welcome to our spectacular cabin in Gatlinburg, the perfect retreat for families and friends! This stunning cabin features 3 Spacious Bedrooms. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed to offer comfort and privacy, accommodating up to 10 guests. Enjoy the convenience of multiple bathrooms! The heart of the cabin boasts a cozy living room with a fireplace, perfect for gathering and relaxing after a day of adventure. Prepare delicious meals in the modern kitchen that offers all the appliances and utensils you need. Relax and sink into the private hot tub and let the bubbling water melt away your cares as you soak up the peaceful atmosphere. Located just minutes from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and the attractions of downtown Gatlinburg, this cabin is the ideal getaway for making lifelong memories. Book your stay today and experience the perfect blend of comfort and nature!
The roads are paved going to the cabin. There are steep sections on the route. During winter (December - April). A 4WD/AWD vehicle is highly recommended.

Fireplace is off from May 1st - October 1st

We have an extra guest fee after the 7th person for $35 per person per night

You can charge your ELECTRIC VEHICLE. No Tesla J adapter included.

** Guests are required to register through our Guest Portal to access their check-in information.
** An unauthorized late check-out will incur a $100 charge per additional hour.

Use Google Maps:
Please make sure you INCLUDE the “VILLAGE” because there is another address 20 minutes away that is just “Greenbriar Lane” and Google Maps will auto-fill this address so be careful not to make the mistake.

Apple Maps will bring you to the home whereas Google Maps will not.

How to operate the Door Keypad?
To Open: Press the "Schlage" button and enter the code
To Lock: Simply pull the door closed. Please note to make sure that the thumb turn inside the door is positioned horizontally so it will automatically lock.
The door code is displayed under "My Trips"

We provide a starter pack of basic necessities, such as toilet paper, trash bags, soap/shampoo, and paper towels.

Our cleaners also usually leave (if applicable) dishwasher tablets/dish soap, coffee, oil/salt/pepper, etc.

We do our best to provide the basics, but please consider that it is really meant for getting you started in for shorter stays. If you need a little extra of any of these items, let us know, and we’ll do our best to assist you!


We have a charcoal type grill and wood burning outdoor firepit. If you plan on using it, please bring your own charcoal and firewood.

Please use the bear-proof containers on the outside of the cabin. Please do not leave food and trash on the decks and porches or in your vehicles. Bears are active and we are in their habitat.

Bear protection:

1) Do not feed or interact with bears if you see them. Never get in between a mama bear and her cub.
2) Never run away from bears, they would think you are prey. Stay 50 yards away.
3) If needed, make loud noises and move slowly
4) Do not put trash outside unless it's in the bear-proof containers- it will attract bears!
5) Take pictures since they are so cute! But DO NOT approach. Lock car doors and cabin doors as bears have been known to get into them!
6) Remove all food and trash from your vehicles! Bears can smell it and can damage your vehicle trying to get to the food!
7) Keep your car doors locked at all times. Bears are getting wiser and they can open car doors.

Please note that the property can only fit 4 normal-sized cars or 3 large vehicles.

I loved it. It was beautiful & cost efficient. It was just the 2 of us on our trip. It was a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom cabin, with 2 balconies & a game room. It had a washer & dryer that we utilized. There was wildlife nearby, as well as other cabins. It gave a feeling that you were nestled out in the woods. We weren't 5 mins from restaurants & shopping, though. It was really beautiful. I would definitely use this place again.
