Wundervolles Haus
Wir haben uns sofort in dieses wunderschöne, komplett im traditionellen Stil restaurierte Haus verliebt. Nichts fehlte, es ist perfekt eingerichtet. Jedes Detail wurde liebevoll ausgesucht, besser kann man es nicht machen. Die Lage in den Bergen ist genau richtig, wenn man wandern möchte, aber auch zu den Stränden oder nach Kos City möchte. Zudem ist der Eigentümer Nikos ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der auch ein eigenes Boot besitzt, mit der er am Wochenende zu einer Bootstour einlädt. Alles in allem, nur zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank Nikos für die schöne Zeit und bis nächstes Jahr.

We had a wonderful time
This is a very cute house and we especially enjoyed sitting on the terrace with a wine in the evening. Good starting point for hikes into the mountain. But a car is of course necessary to get there and move around. There is a lovely restaurant in walking distance.

Urlaub Kos
Ein tolles Haus in einem kleinen Bergdorf.Es lädt zu individuellen Touren auf der Insel ein. Ein toller Gastgeber, der immer ein offenes Ohr hat und immer hilfsbereit ist. Wir haben die Zeit in seinem Haus sehr genossen und hoffen auf eine Wiederholung.

Relaxing stay in a traditional house
We enjoyed our stay in this unique old traditional house, which has been carefully renovated. The owner was more than hospitable, both in welcoming us to his house and in supplying all that is needed for staying there. The house has a modern bathroom and and has kept traditional furnishings in the bedroom and living area. There is a secluded outdoor area for sitting in the morning or evening. It is close, a short walk, from a tavern for meals. The coastal areas can be reached in a 20-30 minute drive. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay.

Kos ganz ursprünglich!
Das Haus liegt in der Großgemeinde Asfendiou, die sich wiederum in mehrere kleine Orte aufteilt. Der belebteste und auf Touristen ausgerichtete Ort ist Zia mit vielen, durchweg guten Tavernen. Vom Haus ist Zia zu Fuß über einen steilen Weg gut zu erreichen. Im Ortsteil selbst werden gerade einige Häuser renoviert, unser Gastgeber hat das Haus seiner Vorfahren zu neuem Glanz erstrahlen lassen. Hier wohnt man zusammen mit Koern in einem ursprünglichen Bergdorf mit herrlichem Blick sowohl auf das Meer als auch auf die höchste Bergkette. Wer Kos wirklich kennenlernen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Der Gastgeber ist ein beeindruckender Mensch, der uns mit seinem Wissen und seinen Tipps den Urlaub nochmal verfeinert hat. Insgesamt alles sehr zu empfehlen!

Schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage mit Blick aufs Meer.
Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und hat alles, was man braucht. In 300 m Entfernung ist ein gutes Lokal. Nach Zia, wo man einen tollen Sonnenuntergang bewundern kann, sind es nur 1,5 km. Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub in einer schönen Umgebung.

Sehr schönes altes Haus in einem kleinen charmanten Bergdorf
Ein wunderschönes altes Steinhaus mit allem was man braucht. Es hat zwei Terrassen, eine kleine mit einem Sonnensegel, zwei Stühlen und einem kleinen Tischvon wo man sogar das Meer sehen kann und eine ganz große Terrasse mit Limonen Bäumen, einem Grill , Aussenwaschbecken, Sonnenschirm und Tisch. Auf der Steinmauer kann man gut sitzen. Das Bad ist komplett renoviert und bietet eine sehr schöne große Dusche. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt am Haus vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nikos ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Danke Nikos du hast dazu beigetragen, dass unser Urlaub perfekt war!

Lovely property in a lovely part of Kos
Property very cosy and charming, and a great base from which to to explore the whole of island of Kos. Nikos was an excellent host, and very patient and accommodating with us regarding some property which we left 😭 Would thoroughly recommend.

Einfach nur gut!
Das Haus in ruhiger Lage ist sehr schön und sehr gepflegt. Alles tiptop sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man brauch. Nikos, der Vermieter, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch eine Bootstour mit ihm ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub auf Kos. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Lovely house on a lovely island
Wir waren sehr glücklich in Nikos Haus. Das Häuschen liegt in einem kleinen Dorf zwischen Meer und dem hübschen Ort Zia. Zum Meer sind es etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Ein Leihwagen ist in jedem Fall empfehlenswert,auch um die schöne Insel zu erkunden. Das Haus ist älter und wurde liebevoll renoviert. Neues Bad, moderne Küchenausstattung, alles vorhanden. Und trotzdem kann man die alte Bauweise z. B. an den Betten erkennen. Im Vorgarten blühen Zitronen und Bitterorangen und es gibt einen Grill. Im Dorf selber gibt es eine Taverne, einkaufen kann man in Zia oder unten am Meer. Nikos der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit in jeder Hinsicht. Anfragen werden innerhalb kürzester Zeit beantwortet und er ist immer ansprechbar. Man kann mit ihm auch Bootstouren auf seinem Boot unternehmen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Simply perfect holidays
We had a perfect time at Nikos place. His house is wonderfully located at a small village on the half way of a mountain to the center of the island. Everyone, who likes a quite retreat apart the touristic hotspots, will find a perfect place to stay here. By car you get within 15-20 minutes to shopping opportunities and nice beaches, Kos City is not very far and good to reach. A nice Taverna is just 5-10 minutes to walk. The days were quite hot in July on Kos but in the later evening, it got a little colder in the beautiful old and carefully renovated building (so we even don’t needed the air condition), and we had some wind on the terrace, from which you look out on a wild green field with a lots of fig trees (you even can see the ocean in the distance - and fantastic sunsets). Nikos himself was a perfect host: very sympathetic, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
