”Beautiful! Clean, bright, equipped with everything you could need, very secure, we have a dog, a beautiful vase of fresh flowers from their garden and a very nice welcome pack, especially the decadent chocolate cake! Across the road was an ideal open space to walk Fraser and all the nearby towns easy to get to, ie Rye, Hastings and Battle to name a few. It’s a lovely area to explore and the cottage a wonderful find, thank you”

”Das Cottage ist wunderschön gelegen, man kann aus fast jedem Zimmer auf's Meer schauen (wie auf den Fotos von Karens Beschreibung zu sehen). Der Ausblick ist einfach fabelhaft. Auch Wanderungen entlang des England Coast Path sind direkt von hier aus möglich. Bis in die Altstadt von Hastings fährt man mit dem Auto ca. 10 min. ”The apartment had everything we wanted including a sea view. The living area was spacious and comfortable, the shower in the bathroom was excellent and the bed very comfortable. It had very obviously been recently refurbished. We were right in the middle of St Leonards to the west and old town Hastings to the east. We caught the train to Rye which was lovely and drove to Dungeness which was one of the reasons for our journey south. We would definitely recommend this property. ”

”If I could give 6 stars I would. We were lucky that there was a cancellation so we managed to have a weekend in this beutiful holiday flat. Erick the owner was so accommodating and very helpful and left you alone to enjoy your stay, it's only £6 in a cab to hastings old town. There are beutiful walks to the beach and through the country park with or without a dog. If we can we will definitely be going back. Thanks again ”
