”It’s a lovely place but the rooms in the original hotel are very old and dated and It would have been nice at the time of booking to know that the lagoon pool was undergoing renovation”

”Green grass outdoor area by the pool was very relaxing and good for the kids. A playground would be be even better.”

”This is not 5 stars how it is usually understood. Overall stay was okay. Bed is uncomfortable and air conditioning was not working well so bit too hot to sleep. Roomservice (cleaning) came only twice during our stay (6 days). Poolservice was poor. Sparkling wine ordered was with no bubbles and warm. Also fries were old and dried. Nobody asked how was our stay when checked out so this is not 5 stars at all but area was nice and convinient for our stay. ”

”Georgous old building and the room was huge with 20ft ceilings. great bed and quiet which was surprising being next to main road. minor issue is the breakfast was alacarte not buffet and the waitress couldn't understand what filtered coffee was??? i will stay again”

”Friendly and simple check-in, went to a restaurant in the casino for something to eat (Mothers Day, so all bookable restaurants in the complex were full), show at Crown Theatre in the evening, good breakfast the following morning, easy check-out.”

”Great location. Clean room and nice views. Breakfast was good. I would like to have more table space in toilet. Only thing to complain a bit: Only two lifts and busy building with many rooms. Needed to wait lift for long times. ”
