”I had a short but delightful stay at this hotel. I checked in early and was surprised that the receptionist at the front desk was able to get me in my room early. He was very kind, thoughtful and pleasant. The room was spacious and well equipped. I really liked the kitchenette. All the staff were pleasant and very helpful. ”We found the check in process very easy and were greeted by your friendly staff. As we had never been to London before, the staff was extremely helpful in advising us on getting to and from central London. They also helped me book a private shuttle to get us to Heathrow on our departure day. Would recommend this hotel for sure.”

”Work trip. Rudest service I have ever experienced at the breakfast. Room air con not working properly. Every time you shower water all over the bathroom floor no matter what you do. Might be able to overlook the room conditions but the breakfast staff were so that I’m never coming back. Changed to Reneissance hotel for the last night of my trip and strongly recommend going there instead. ”
