”Staff were extremely friendly. Welcoming to our toddler and provided high quality service with a smile. Harsh and the staff at the restaurant were so attentative. The woman in the front who helps with bookings secured a last minute reservation at a rooftop directly in front of the duomo. Stunning views and meal. Thank you for the amazing stay and memorable 40th birthday treats as well thanks to Harsh for going above and beyond. All of the staff were AMAZING and easy to talk with. ”

”Breakfast was versatile and delicious but it was a bit weird that servers were handing breakfast for customers. 5€/person/hour for using the pool is a bit robbery. You have to book the pool in advance and use a swimming cap which is weird. Also beds were hard. In total we had a very pleasent stay. Great location and sea view from room.”

”Hyvätasoinen hotelli keskeisellä paikalla rautatieaseman vieressä. Tilavat ja siistit huoneet, mutta suihkussa käyminen ikävä kokemus, koska vesi oli joko polttavan kuumaa tai jääkylmää. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen. Henkilökunta ei tuntunut puhuvan englantia, joten kommunikointi oli hankalaa kun ei itse osaa italiaa. Vaaditun luottokorttitalletuksen katevarausta ei ole vielä viikon kuluttua poistettu. ”

”We had a wonderful time staying at the Caruso, A Belmond Hotel in Ravello. We were greeted by friendly and warmhearted staffs. We got free upgrade to a suite with balcony viewing of the sea and surrounded with purple wisterias. The suite was spacious and prepared the welcoming champagne and fresh fruits. The hotel had stunning views every corner and the service was impeccable. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the complementary sunset boating tour due to the weather. ”

”Fantastic sweeping Gulf of Naples view (Vesuvius, Capri, Naples, steep hills, …) from every part of the hotel! Comfortable in every way with a great breakfast and good restaurant. Be aware, however, that the hotel is up a sweep winding hill (nearly impossible to walk), so you need the hotel shuttle or a taxi (expect 20E to Sorrento) to get out. The hotel is a great place for a day or two of rest. The front desk staff was cheerful, friendly, and well-informed. We plan to return.”
