”Wonderful staff, beautiful hotel, fantastic location. Five minutes walk from train station. The only problem was that the air conditioner was difficult to maintain at a comfortable temperature for sleeping so we were hot at night. The staff tried to help and gave us a fan which did help some. The problem was that the temperature had to be controlled at the front desk with a computer. The night manager came to our room and tried multiple times to fix it on the computer but it didn’t work. We are...

”I couldn’t figure out how to get the air conditioner to work but thankfully it wasn’t too hot and I left the windows cracked open during the night for cool air. I’m sure it was my user error & wouldn’t count this as a negative for the hotel. It was clean, quiet, comfortable and in a great location. Highly recommend and I’d definitely stay again! ”

”A very nice hotel. Superb breakfast but no evening meals available. Wifi in the common areas but not in our room which was in the annex on the opposite side of the small carpark. Hotel is in the pedestrian area at the very centre of the town which has a nice atmosphere and good bars and restaurants. Frinedly staff. Only criticism : hotel impossible to find by car unless you know exactly where to go. The booking does not make it at all clear. Email the hotel for directions to their car...

”Die Lage ist großartig. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön. Die Speisenauswahl ist abwechslungsreich. Der Spa Bereich ist sehr schön gemacht und vom Ruheraum hat man einen einzigartigen Blick. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist grandios. Rundum ein wunderbarer Ort um sich verwöhnen zu lassen. ”

”Es un pueblo pequeñito pero acogedor., muy bueno para descansar pues es muy tranquilo queda cómo 25 min del pueblo de Cortina de Ampezzo. Si quiere más actividad pues no es el lugar. El personal excelente y con muchos detalles. ”
