”The location of this hotel was great, right by the sea, but the hotel room could have been better. We were on the ground floor, I am sure the top floors with balcony are better. A bit damp, dark in the room, cannot recommend it. Nice pool area by the sea.
Personnel was not very helpful and friendly unfortunately
A big minus was the WiFi, which only worked in the reception area (outdoors), not in the rooms!! ”

”Absolutely top notch. Paradise Island. Plenty of beautiful pools, many with swim up bars. Food was very good. Our butler, Jazmin, spoiled us. “Mex”, from the steakhouse, was our favorite waiter, but they were all super friendly. In fact, every staff member from the bartenders, to wait staff, to hospitality, to maintenance were always so kind and welcoming. Bring plenty of sunscreen and prepare for some humidity. A++ rating from our group of 9 (8 adults and 1 teen).”

”I like that the hotel is all inclusive but the downside the food is terrible. Drinks are well shots or mix liqueurs. No name brand anything. Beach is the best part. Some of the staff act as if they are xenophobic. If you want to be drunk & eat whatever be my guest. This is not authentic Cancun. Tourist have really did a number to this city. All inclusive are everywhere in this city, honestly save your money & plan your stay accordingly.”
