”The property was absolutely wonderful. From the moment you arrive you are treated like a celebrity, with fresh cool towels to wipe down with, check in was a breeze, the use of a bracelet for room access and purchases is so nice and worry free. ”The location of this hotel was great, right by the sea, but the hotel room could have been better. We were on the ground floor, I am sure the top floors with balcony are better. A bit damp, dark in the room, cannot recommend it. Nice pool area by the sea.
Personnel was not very helpful and friendly unfortunately
A big minus was the WiFi, which only worked in the reception area (outdoors), not in the rooms!! ”

”Our stay was disappointing. There were ants in the room, which was very unpleasant. Some of the restaurant staff were also unfriendly and not very welcoming. Unfortunately, I was also injured during the trip, which made the experience even worse. Overall, this stay did not meet our expectations.”

Upon check in, the atmosphere''s obnoxious behavior was so overwhelming, the concierge immediately noticed, we were of a different caliber. He transferred us to another RIU and secretly informed the Manager that it was my birthday week. Goodies awaited in our room upon arrival at RIU Latina.
