”Very nice property, the staff super attentive. The rooms well maintained and clean . We were served in the pool area by a lady named Lucy and at beach by Emmanuel both very courteous and amazing . We are very active travelers, we've have been to Cancun Riviera Maya and Playa Mujeres multiple times and ECELLENCE Adult Only properties are very high in our palces to go back to.. Highly recommended ”

”Perfect place for a family. We’ve been to a few other hotels in Cancun and Playa del Carmen and Villa del Palmar is by far the best in customer service and food! We loved our stay here. The staff kept checking up on us to see if we needed anything, they stocked the snacks everyday and cleaned the room at least twice a day. The only thing that I would say it’s worth mentioning is that it does not have a lot of entertainment. There were a couple of activities by the main pool during the day but...
