INTERNET: This cabin has high speed fiber wifi for your browsing and streaming pleasure. Smart Roku TV’s in living room, all bedrooms, bunk room, game room, and outdoor patio area.
BEDROOM 1 (downstairs): This bedroom features a luxurious primary suite with a pillow-top King mattress, 55-inch Roku TV, 2 night-stands with built in charging stations, full-sized dresser, private on-suite bathroom featuring a large double head walk-in shower, separate free-standing soaker tub, anti-fog lighted mirrors, laundry basket, and two adult sized luxurious Smokey Pines' branded bathrobes. An iron and ironing board is also provided in the closet. The best feature of this bedroom is the private walk-out patio, which is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or have a night cap cocktail!
BEDROOM 2 (downstairs): This bedroom features a luxurious secondary primary suite with a pillow-top King mattress, 55-inch Roku TV, small-side tables, full-sized dresser, private on-suite bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower, anti-fog lighted mirrors, laundry basket, and two adult sized luxurious Smokey Pines' branded bathrobes. An iron and ironing board is also provided in the closet. The best feature of this bedroom is the walk-out patio, which extends to the outdoor fireplace, TV, sofa, lounge chair, and coffee table. This bathroom and the patio exude serenity at its finest!
LIVING ROOM (downstairs): The living room is relaxing and inviting with a large commercial grade sectional, two lounge chairs, a one-of-a-kind Teak coffee table, and 65-inch Roku TV.
DINING ROOM (downstairs): The dining room is open concept with the living room and kitchen and features a live-edge dining room table with 10 dining chairs and 4 barstools at the kitchen island. Certainly, large enough to enjoy family meals!
KITCHEN (downstairs): The kitchen is fully-stocked with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator (with water and ice making capabilities), electric oven, dishwasher, oversized farmhouse sink, plenty of room for storage, including a pantry, unique waterfall edge granite countertop island, coffee bar equipped with a duo Keurig coffee pot, blender, toaster, electric and hand-held can openers, wine opener, croc-pot, Cuisinart knife set, and Cuisinart non-stick pots and pans.
LAUNDRY ROOM & HALF-BATH (downstairs): Right off the foyer/living room area, there is a laundry room and half-bath combo, featuring full-sized Samsung stackable washer & dryer and toiletry area so guests have access to a bathroom while downstairs. The laundry room is stocked with laundry soap pods, dryer sheets, and a first-aid kit.
OUTDOOR PATIO (downstairs): Large walk-out deck with covered dining area with a 10-person dining table, grill, plenty of seating, outdoor fireplace, 65-inch Roku TV, commercial grade playground with swings, slide, and a picnic table, horseshoes, corn hole, and a private hot-tub area. This area is serene and completely private surrounded by 200 feet high pine trees which equates to total relaxation!
OUTDOOR FIREPIT (in front of the house): The outdoor firepit area is surrounding by 8 adirondack chairs and LED string lights wrapped in the Pine trees. This area is perfect for roasting s'mores and telling late night stories. Firewood is provided and a firewood carrier is located in the kitchen under the Wifi password sign for your convenience.
GAMEROOM (upstairs): The game room features a state-of-the-art air hockey table, 9 foot shuffle board table, cocktail table with two barstools, over 30 card and board games appropriate for all age groups, and a 50-inch Roku TV.
BEDROOM 3 (upstairs): This bedroom is a bunkroom featuring 6 Twin sized bunk beds, a 60-game sit-down video arcade, and a 55-inch Roku TV.
BEDROOM 4 (upstairs): This bedroom features a luxurious pillow-top King mattress and bedding, 55-inch Roku TV, 2 night-stands with built in charging stations, full-sized dresser, with access to an on-suite bathroom, featuring a large double head walk-in shower, and two adult sized luxurious Smokey Pines' branded bathrobes. An iron and ironing board is provided in the closet.
BATHROOM (upstairs): The bathroom upstairs is an accessible on-suite bathroom to Bedroom 4 and also has an access door to the gameroom, making it available to all guests upstairs.
GENERAL INFORMATION: Free WiFi, linens/towels, complimentary toiletries, trash bags, trash pickup (M, W, F), paper towels, hair dryers in each full bath, iron and ironing board provided in each bedroom closet, washer/dryer (detergent & dryer sheets provided), central A/C with bi-level zoning, and 2 tankless water heaters. Live TV is provided on all the TV's through the Direct TV Stream app. Guests may sign into other smart apps during their stay as well. A starter supply of coffee/filters, cream/sugar, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap are provided, but guests may need to bring additional supplies. Baby gate, ingenuity booster feeding chair, and pack-n-play are also available for guest use.
FAQ: No Pets; front & exterior surveillance cameras (facing out) for security purposes.
PARKING: Large, private circular driveway (6 vehicles) with room for boats, ATV's, and/or trailers.
