It is a 250 meters square triplex(and a cellar) old greek building with heigh ceiling, has a street level entrance and is very close to metro and metrobus lines. It is located in Balat where is in UNESCO’s Word Heritage List. It has been recently renovated respecting the old architectural wood design of the structure. It has been decorated with neat work and taste. This house which carries deep memories from past will take you in a time travel in one of the oldest neighborhood of Istanbul lying along Golden Horn. The building has 4 bedrooms (2 of them are king size) and 9 beds(In case of need more beds will be provided free of charge), 1 kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms and 1 small and cosy living room. In addition, the largest room on the top floor has a private balcony with a great view. Also, there are TV, high speed WI-FI, washing and dryer machines, hair dryer ,oven, refrigerator, kettle, microwave and dishwasher. (all machines are brand new BEKO). Balat is the oldest neighborhood in Istanbul which has been hosting different folks through the history. You will be surrounded by many iconic buildings such as Bulgarian Sveti Stefan Iron Church, Atik Ali Pasa Mosque, Tekfur Palace or Greek Virgin Mary Orthodox Church from Byzantium Era. Golden Horn is 50 meters, Galata Tower 1500 meters, Taksim Square 1500 meters far away from the place by foot. Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar etc. is 10-15 minutes by car or tram.
