The stay at this hotel started really nice, the staff was welcoming and everything was fine.
I stayed with my parents on the ground floor near the kitchen so we could always feel the smell of it in our room, I suppose the rooms on higher floor dont have that problem.
The last day my parents forgot to check out before 12:00 and they came at hotel late which was their fault.
The cleaning lady packed their stuff and left it in the reception.
They entred the room to check if anything was left behind and the room was empty.
When they came at the airport they realized the hotel stuff didnt pack their souvenirs, so they took all the tea, spices, and soaps which was packed in one bag and that bag was not unnoticeable.
I tried to contact the hotel for solution, but they offered me to send the camera footage from the reception which does not meaning anything, since they packed the stuff in our room, and the staff that are misplaces where in the room.
I am aware that the like check out was my parents fault, but it is hotel responsability to take care of their guests and their assets.
Our trip to Istanbul had a bitter taste at the end so I hope this review will help you.
