The staff is hindered by the owner who is to afraid to face his patrons. He didn’t take care of needs of hotel in a timely manner. He tells his staff that he doesn’t want to deal with patrons. They are simply afraid to say things in fear of losing their job. They want to help but cannot. Great staff but terrible owner.. I tried to speak with him and he ignored me until I had a friend come that is known by many and is influential. But I would never recommend this hotel at its current state.. The sound is horrible.. I could hear the next people doing you know what. The listing is absolutely incorrect. The Air Conditioner does not work. The bathroom and showers are horrible. The soaps are terrible. I am sure there is mold all over the hotel and bed bugs as well..I don’t know why he didn’t fix the hotel and make customers feel welcome. He puts a front (fake personality) on. But doesn’t fix the issues. The employees say what they can. But he ignores them. I had bugs in my room, a horrible smell. I was moved to the room with bugs only to be sent back after the manager didn’t respond to messages. Just terrible l..
Basically they do not represent the Turkish people very well. They need to have someone give the owner a proper explanation and have some authority come to the hotel to report them. It is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. I’m sure he is aware… I have much more to say..
