”Had hopes for a better quality hotel. But I have to say that this hotel did not meet the expectations. For example, even though I got upgraded, the rooms carpet contained, some hair. sand and some other dirt. Rooms were not quiet and you were able to hear very clearly when the neighbour door was closed. When flushing the toilet, The button got jammed. And You had to repress several times to make the water
running stop.
The breakfast was kind of a joke. At 10:30 in the morning when they were...

”The hotel is great! Close to main attractions. Also very close to metro-station. Breakfast and dinner are great. Staff is helpful and very polite, especially Marat and Iliat! Great hotel, great service! We enjoyed a lot! ”
