”Room was very clean. The room was warm when we arrived and the AC worked well. We were two adults and two young children and the beds were one single bed (small sofa converted to bed) and one king size bed. For one night it was comfortable. Gym on floor -1 was good. We had some food from the room service menu which was good but there were few vegetarian options.”

”Checked in and got to my room, everything was normal. At 1 am someone from the staff tried to get in my room twice with some other guests. After that he came and said that there is no record of me checking in, and he needs my passport. I literally checked in a few hours before. Incredibly unprofessional and rude staff member. It’s not my problem if your system is broken, you can talk about it in the morning and not wake me up in the middle of the night.”

”It suited very well to stay one night. The big plus is that it is possible to order food directly to the hotel. Communication prior to arrival was also very good. ”This is a small (~8 rooms) boutique hotel near the Istanbul airport and the Black Sea. The staff was amazing. The lady that was present when we checked in really went over the top to make sure we were happy and comfortable. The same can be said of the gentleman present at the front desk in the morning.
