”The room was not clean- I had found a pair of boxers under the bed
The beds looked like they had been slept in by someone else. There was hair in the beds and the sheets were not clean.
There was no one there to let us in- the door was unlocked and it wasn't until a long wait period I knocked on a door and someone came to show us our room. He was nice, but other than that, the experience was awful.
The kitchen/shared space was quite disgusting. The bathrooms had bugs in the sink

”The hotel is fantastic. Location is ideal, steps away from the ferry terminal and a short walk from the shore across from the O-torii gate. ”The experience here was truly something else! Never stayed in a place like this. Our room was basic (traditional Japanese) and our meal was delicious served in the room. The amenities were excellent including baths and a lounge that included snacks and drinks upstairs. The location was incredibly close to everything on Miyajima and it felt special to be here once all of the tourists had left for the day. ”

”This hotel is very conveniently located near the ferry station, making it ideal for visiting Miyajima early in the morning or later in the evening, away from the crowds. Miyajimaguchi itself is also a pleasant area to relax and enjoy good seafood. The room was clean, efficient and cozy, and the staff were very kind and helpful. A lot of amenities provided. I also discovered buckwheat pillows here for the first time and absolutely loved them — I will definitely look into getting one back home!

”The property is very nice, clean and modern. The living room is a comfortable place to relax.
Please be aware that this is a 3 bedroom property and the other rooms will be occupied by other guests. The kitchen, living room, toilets, and bathroom are all shared with the other guests. The house is lovely but has very thin walls and doors and you can hear all the other guests, even when they are trying to be very quiet. If the other guests leave early in the morning you will very likely be woken...

”食事が素晴らしかったです。地元の食材は新鮮で素材自体の旨味が生かされ、添えられた塩やソースがそれらの良さを消すことなくさらに引き立てて、どの料理も本当に美味しくいただきました。シェフのこだわりと腕の良さが感じられる食事で大変満足しました。
最上階にあるスパは、備え付けのスパウェアを無料で貸し出してくださって、夫と一緒に楽しむことができました。屋外にはテラスがあり、宮島を望むことができました。
スタッフの方々も皆さん丁寧に対応してくださって気持ち良く過ごすことができ、感謝しております。宮島に、このホテルに泊まるのを目的に、また利用したいと思いました。”
