”We reserved (based on pictures) nice looking hotel. Reality was that this is not hotel, it’s motel. Even the reseption admitted that the hotel description is wrong, their establishment is motel. We wanted to cancel the reservation due to totally wrong information. Reseptionist claimed that we should have asked more pictures before reservation. Best Western has forgotten to add motel pictures”

”The hotel is old. The bathroom door had chipped paint at the bottom. I could peel the paint off the door. The tv kept freezing. They have direct tv and the feed kept freezing the entire 6 days we were there. We called the front desk and was told to unplug the box, but that didn't work. The worst part was the roaches that seemed to share the room with us. We went out to buy some Raid in order to keep them away.”

”The staff were very helpful and friendly. The property clean, breakfast was really good and the shuttle to JFK very convenient. Also, the outside landscaping was very nice. The only thing I saw that could be improved was the condition of the room. There was a hole in the wall from the door being opened too forcefully and there was some lower wall damage in the bathroom. But overall my experience was wonderful and I would stay here again.”
