”Sits quietly in a residential neighborhood. Safe, very clean and comfortable. Room was updated, bright and included standard hotel amenities; TV, Small fridge, microwave. Bed, pillows and blankets were comfortable. Towels smelled clean and fresh. Window air conditioning unit worked very well. Stairs to room access only. Will definitely stay here again when returning to the Long Island Area. ”

”We reserved (based on pictures) nice looking hotel.
Reality was that this is not hotel, it’s motel. Even the reseption admitted that the hotel description is wrong, their establishment is motel.
We wanted to cancel the reservation due to totally wrong information. Reseptionist claimed that we should have asked more pictures before reservation.
Best Western has forgotten to add motel pictures”

”While the property is older, it is well-kept and taken care of; the parking lot is safe and well-lit, and the rooms have all of the necessary facilities. Oh, and there is a Dunkin' right next door.”

”The Vanderbilt Hotel proved to be an excellent hotel and the accommodations were very spacious and clean.
I had to travel to Long Island and stay at a hotel that was close to the Cradle of Aviation Museum and the Vanderbilt was on my radar before I moved forward with booking an overnight stay there.
What made me book my reservation was a friendly conversation I had with the front desk staff whom I called the day prior.
