”We stayed in the family select section and there was so much attention paid to stocking the room with things we would want and need. They understood our son is older (12) and made sure there were age appropriate things for him to do for fun.
Each building has a personal butler and concierge who offered to plan an itinerary for us every day based on how we felt.
There are so many activities including, we were always finding new things to do every day.

Raul from the lobby, all the cart drivers (specially the lady I can’t recall the name) she was the best!
