Two bedrooms downstairs and one up. Bunkbeds kind of in a dark corner downstairs, no door. One bathroom down and one up. The kitchen, master and living is on the second floor. Great hot water and water pressure. Beds all super comfy. Has charcoal grill (bring charcoal) and wifi (but it doesn't really work so maybe pack...

”The Gator Den was such a blast! Absolutely a beautiful property, so many perks and amenities. Easy to park, walking distance to Tuckers boat launch, and the owners are incredibly helpful. 5 21 year old women were able to have fun comfortably and celebrate our friend getting married. The only suggestion I could even add is a curtain to cover the sliding glass door bc it is very easy to see in at night. Other than that, it’s a perfect place to stay!”

”We found the house to be rustic-modern. Great retreat for our family as we fished on Caddo. We didn’t get a chance to take advantage of the property amenities like the canoes and lake front across the street, but it was a big part of the decision to be rent. Comfortable living room for all of us and good wifi made movie watching while off the lake a nice treat (and helped us tackle a remote day working without skipping a beat).”
