”Spent a week at the “Yellow Cottage” during 2025 HEATWAVE last week in June. Enjoyed its charm, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, and OF COURSE - the VIEW! Hosts were very attentive. We enjoyed the deck when there was a breeze, but as senior citizens - spent many a hot day looking out at the view from inside. ”Renting vacation properties is always difficult with dogs and Cassie accepted our babies happily. Our goal was to never leave the house/property and we achieved just that! Our only regret was not realizing where the eagles nest was sooner! I didn’t realize the water wouldn’t be swim-able but the dogs loved the gentle waves and we truly had such a nice time even when the weather wasn’t great. Little details like a personalized welcome card gave that luxury feel. ”

”This is a wonderful place to simply relax. It’s away from all the hustle but close enough to visit if you want to. The sunrise is spectacular with lots of wildlife. ”Family of 5 in town for a lacrosse tournament at DE turf fields. Amazing location for this purpose. The house and property were awesome and clean. Our kids (even the teens) really enjoyed the farm animals! The home is in a quiet neighborhood and very close to everything in town. The owners are so nice too, and gave great suggestions for local sights. We will definitely look to stay here again if in the area, highly recommend! ”
