Lote 50 at Boavista Resort Lagos

This very well presented and large villa is located within the Boavista Golf and Spa Resort in Lagos, Algarve. The property has 3 bedrooms, and accommodates up to 6 people. Two bedrooms are on the 1st floor, one with en-suite bathroom, together with a shared bathroom. The third bedroom is on the ground floor, with en-suite bathroom. Kids can enjoy a small play corner with little table, 2 small chairs and some toys next to the dining area.



The property has its own private swimming pool (pool heating available at additional cost), and has been built and furnished to a very high standard. There is a lovely garden to the rear, with a very large terrace at the front for relaxing, swimming and outdoor dining (charcoal barbecue available). It is equipped with 4 sun loungers with mattresses.



In addition, there is an iron, free internet (WiFi), air conditioning throughout the house, television and hairdryer, board games. In the kitchen you can find: refrigerator, microwave, hob, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.



The villa provides 350 m² of space and sits on a large plot. It is just a short walk to the golf clubhouse (shop, buggies etc.) and the Reception, Spa and the resort restaurant.



Daily maid service is provided. Reduced rates are available for the Spa and gym and golf. The resort has tennis court, archery, an outdoor children’s area, and there are other sports as well (i.e. football pitch).



The wonderful beaches of Lagos, Praia da Luz (with numerous restaurants) and supermarkets are just a short drive away. There is a parking space for 1 passenger car in front of the house (behind the gate, on the private area of the property).



The house is not suitable for guests on wheelchairs – there a few steps up to reach the entrance of the property.
