The apartment is located in Via Fabio Filzi 20, one of the streets parallel to the refined Corso Trento e Trieste, the pulsating heart of Lanciano, a city rich in history and traditions. Via Fabio Filzi is a particular and evocative street, embellished by the drawings of the Presentosa filigree, the famous Abruzzese jewel symbolizing love and belonging.



Corso Trento e Trieste is one of the most elegant areas of the city, characterized by historic cafes and numerous services. Here you can walk among high-quality shops, enjoy a coffee in bars that tell stories of generations and immerse yourself in the welcoming and lively atmosphere that distinguishes Lanciano.



A few steps from the apartment, a large municipal parking lot is available, both free and paid, which will allow you to comfortably leave your car and reach all the main points of interest on foot.



Lanciano, known as the "City of the Eucharistic Miracle", boasts a fascinating historic centre with ancient churches, welcoming squares and picturesque views that tell its long and fascinating history. Whether you are here for relaxation or work, the location of the property will allow you to experience Lanciano in its maximum splendour.



By car:

Lanciano is easily accessible by car thanks to its proximity to the A14 motorway. If you travel from north or south, take the "Lanciano" exit, from which the city centre is about 10 minutes drive. Once off the motorway, follow the signs to the centre, crossing a scenic road that offers beautiful views of the Abruzzese hills. The city has numerous parking lots, both free and paid, which will allow you to comfortably leave your car and move on foot.



By train:

Lanciano railway station is connected to the main cities of the region thanks to the Sangritana railway line, which offers frequent connections with Pescara, San Vito Chietino and Vasto. If you travel from other Italian cities, you can arrive at Pescara Centrale station, served by high-speed and intercity trains, and from there continue with a regional train or a direct bus to Lanciano.



By plane:

The nearest airport is Abruzzo Airport (Pescara), located about 45 km from Lanciano. From the airport, you can reach the city by car via the A14 motorway (Lanciano exit), or take a direct bus or train from Pescara railway station. The car journey takes about 40 minutes, while public transport takes about an hour.
