”We really enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were nicely decorated and spacey - the ones with balcony are especially pretty and comfortable (our group had both terrace and balcony rooms). The staff is very friendly and helpful with any of our questions and needs. The location is fantastic right by the ocean and just a few blocks from the main square so it's super easy to walk everywhere, including to the big supermarket Chedraui that is basically next door. Our kids loved the pool too! Although...

”I am just getting here, I had to wait over 10 min to do my check in because the person working the front ( Ezequiel) counter was not at the counter, and when he got back he had a bad attitude, I do not know what his problem was but I do not care, I just check in and I am not impress by the hotel or the staff, there are a lot of other places around so they better put their things in order,”
