If you like small ship berths or train car sleeping the room I had is for you. It was impossible to open a medium size suitcase anywhere but on the bed. There was not enough room in the room for a standard chair , it was on the porch. The bathroom was so small someone of larger size would have a very difficult time manuvering. I could not spread my arms out to there full length ( I'm 5'7) anywhere in the room unless I was standing on the bed . Two people in here would be really tricky, Unless all they wanted to do was stay in bed.
The room wasn't ready at check in ( no biggie) it's South West facing. When I got in it was 28 degrees. The only way to turn the A/C on was to call the front desk ( no clear English instructions how to do that). 3 hours later the room with 24 degrees. Wow. I get that sometimes because of fast turn around things aren't perfect and I would expect that they would anticipate the temperature in the room being high on a day that was more than 80 degrees and keep the AC on in there.
I've stayed in 4 hotels in Lisbon. I would only go back to this one if my only other option was sleeping on the floor at the airport. I realized, too late , that there are specific website for last minute reservations. I could have done much better for myself had I done that. Glad it's over.
