The properties listed are offered under tourist lease by their respective owners and managed by the intermediary, pursuant to Italian Law 431/98 and art. 21bis of Regional Law 16/17 (Autonomous Region of Sardinia).

• Electricity (and water, when applicable) may be charged based on consumption at the end of the stay.
• A security deposit is required upon arrival, blocked on a credit card physically presented and in the name of the guest.
• The release of the deposit depends on the guest’s bank processing times.
• Any damages or rule violations may result in partial charges.
