We do have Air Condition in the each room and the controller panels are set in each rooms. Further , the AC provides maximum up to 28.5C heat in the room. And we are recommending to keep the key on the slot while you are in the room to have consistency of the electrical appliance work in the room. We are sorry to hear our newly replaced mattresses and the pillows are not as per your expected comfort. kindly accept our apology.
