Only 14 mins to London Bridge on the train, our tranquil neighbourhood offers parks like Manor Park on it's door step for outdoor relaxation. With multiple living spaces including converted loft and serene outdoor decking backing onto the River Quaggy, this home is your ideal retreat.
Where modern living meets period charm. Our home boasts a bright, spacious, and crisp aesthetic; split across 3 levels, boasting extensive internal & outdoor entertaining spaces. With WIFI speeds up to 400mb, super fast with access points throughout to ensure full coverage.
Ground Floor
The ground floor of this property has been thoughtfully extended, with a beautifully designed dining room for up to 8 guests, leading through to a cosy lounge featuring a beautiful original fireplace and a large bay window to the front. Complete with 50 inch Samsung Smart TV with access to Netflix, board games and library.
Followed through to a modern full kitchen with integrated appliances, with fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven and microwave. Flooded with natural light and Bi-folding doors opening onto a beautifully presented rear decking with comfortable outdoor furniture and BBQ facilities all draped under carnival lights.
Find a cleverly hidden W/C under the stairs and further breakfast area beyond the kitchen with a 4-seater table and chairs.
First Floor
All the bedrooms include orthopaedic mattresses, high thread count linens and hotel standard white towels, hanging space, chest of draws and USB charging side table lights.
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, the master benefitting from a King size bed and seating area. The second double room includes 2 single beds with zip link to create a double bed if required.
On this floor you will also find a modern fitted walk-in shower room and separate private office space.

In the kitchen you will find a stock of herbs and spices, cooking oil and other items such as milk, kitchen roll, paper napkins, cling film, foil, baking paper, zip-lock bags meaning you don’t need to worry about bringing or buying any of these at any point during your stay.
All bathrooms will have luxury toiletries upon arrival to get you started. There will also be cleaning products available and replenished throughout your stay, including loo roll.

Whilst you have a large amount of space, we do have neighbours next door so would appreciate respect for this.
No loud parties please. Dinner parties (resident guests only)/BBQs of course fine and expected - it is a house to be enjoyed.

Unauthorized late checkouts incur a £50 fee per hour.
