There are three floors, with the open-plan living area on the ground floor, with two bedrooms and a shared bathroom on the first floor, and the master bedroom with balcony and en-suite shower room on the second floor. All bedrooms have the choice of twin beds or one super king bed. There is an air conditioning to the master suite.

There are two allocated parking spaces in the gated courtyard. There is also access to the adjacent communal gardens.

Included in the rental price are two allocated parking spaces. You will also get access to large communal gardens with garden furniture.

The house is in a great location with easy access to Central London – Hendon Central tube station is just a 15 minute walk away. Shopping can be done at the local shops or at a Tesco superstore (with petrol) station a 6 minute drive away.
