Perushostelli hyvällä sijainnilla
Siisteydessä parantamisen varaa. Ei käsipaperia WC:issä. Viikon oli lämmin vesi pois käytöstä, mutta hostelli antoi mahdollisuuden käyttää sisarhostellin suihkua ja myös sopivan hyvityksen sai. Sijainti on hyvä, rauhallinen alue mutta lähellä Oxford Circus yms.

Not so special experience
I stayed in YHA London Central Hostel for 3 nights. The experience was okay. Most of the staff was nice and pleasant but there were also few staff members who seemed to want to be somewhere else and were not eager to serve customers. Room was also okay and tidy. It was a room for 4 person. It was nice to have your own bathroom in the room. But the shower was bad and need to be fixed. The location was good. Only few minutes walk to the nearest underground station. Also the city center is not that far away by foot. In my opinion this is a place to stay for travellers with small budget and if you only need a place to sleep.

Customer serivce failure
Asiakaspalvelun taso on todella sureka, erityisesti naistyöntekijöillä tuntui olevan epämääräinen käsitys siitä mitä info/respa/asiakaspalvelu on. Lisäksi viimeisenä päivänä, hissi hajosi. Oli mukava raahata 4 kerrosta 20kg matkatavaraa. Customer service from the female staff was dismal. They didn't seem to have any idea what customer service is. Whatever was on the computers, was far more interesting. Also. When a customer asks for advice on travel arrangements and you don't know. You Look Up. You don't just say "i don't remember" "i don't know".

The beds were hard and uncomfortable. I was told i could get a coffee anytime but got rebuffed several times at 5/5.15am.

Very clean and fresh. It was above my expectation. Nice friendly staff members. The continental breakfast could be more inviting, very basic.

I booked it because my flight home was leaving at midnight and I wanted a place to stay until then. As it is a hostel, I wasn't expecting the facilities, but my expectations were overturned, but in a good way. Cleanliness! Bright! Everything is NEW! And, very quiet (as long as the time I stayed there). I had stayed in another hotel for five days that was almost twice the price, and I wished I had stayed here in the first place. Excellent place.

Unfortunately it was a very noisy night so this gets off to a bad start. There is no air conditioning so on a hot summer night we needed to open the window. The noise from outside and then inside at 3am resulted in little sleep. Beds are not comfortable. The hotel is cheap compared to other hotels and I guess you get what you pay for.

Très bon séjour à Londres, l'emplacement est favorable pour un bon nombre de visites à pied, globalement nous sommes très satisfait du lieu et du personnel très sympathique. Nous sommes partis avec nos 2 enfants de 7 et 10 ans qui ont adoré les petits déjeuners et l'ambiance générale.
