Ice machine room was flooded. Checked out day early and was told I would get the remaining time refunded but never did. Jiggar the manger was super nice but the other staff was not.”

”The room was more than sufficient for my 12-day stay. The bed was comfortable, the sofa was comfortable for TV viewing and working on the laptop, and the kitchen was well-appointed for use by one person. ”We gave Bella Vista Hotel & Suites a 4 out of 5 and had a good overall stay. The transformation from the old Kirkley Hotel is beautiful, the breakfast options were solid, the room had a comfortable amount of space, and the elevator was impressively fast, which we appreciated. Pool area was nice for the space, though we didn't use it, nor did we use the gym or connected restaurant, which we were told was nice and delicious.
A few areas could be improved: the bathroom had no counter space, though...
