Vinci - 1 bedroom in Malasaña

Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.

Vinci's original layout compliments the industrial loft-style decor. Enter into this 1 bedroom 85 square meter flat to find an open plan kitchen. The modern kitchen comes with all cooking utensils and appliances. The cabinets are finished with a mix of wood and gray.

A kitchen island looks onto the wood dining table. Custom-made art pieces made of dried plants hang on the dining room wall. The living room, naturally illuminated from the outdoor balconies, is adorned with framed prints and mediterranean plants.

The area is fitted with a dedicated work space adjacent to the couch. At the other end of the apartment, find a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and ensuite bathroom.

The bedroom is very peaceful thanks to the symmetrical composition of the custom made headboard and the industrial lamps. The modern ensuite bathroom comes with a full shower. There is a half-bath in the hallway as well. For comfort, this apartment comes equipped with air conditioning in the Living room and fans in the bedroom.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
