There was even a pack-n-play and highchair in the condo - even though we had brought our own P&P! Very helpful though. ”This all-in-one unit has privacy and is in a great location, within walking distance to all the shops on Rose Ave and to the beach. The bed is comfortable and the unit is well ventilated and cool and refreshing. Definitely a unique and clever layout! The bathroom is a reasonable size and not cramped.”

”Loved the views. Apt had great amenities, such as washer/dryer, dishwasher, and small things like dish soap and sponge (which we sometimes don't have at other rental homes and need to run to the supermarket last min). Owner/manager was very responsive. The back lock on the deck was broken, but didn't feel unsafe since people on the beach can't get up to the deck. Bunk beds was fine for my teens.”

”My friend and I loved staying here. We wanted somewhere to decompress after driving for 9 days and this funky little pad was perfect. It’s a 1920s private guest house just off the back landing, accessed by steps. It is closer to Venice beach than to Santa Monica pier, with easy walking access to restaurants and the SM farmers market. The downstairs laundry was excellent, the kitchen well set up, and the whole place suited us. Be warned, though, if you are short, the high chairs at the kitchen...

”Thanks for providing a great space for my visit. It was the perfect location and best of all always had parking nearby. Only suggestion would be to provide some silverware for the unit as not all takeout will give silverware. Thanks again for a lovely stay!”

”Property is very clean, bright and well equipped. It’s walkable to Santa Monica pier, but the tram passes right outside and there’s a stop close by. Ralph’s store is beside the property if you need provisions, and a Starbucks on the corner. There’s two pools and a hot tub. Highly recommended. Don’t forget to ask for an extra bed in advance if you need more than 3 beds. My teenagers don’t like to share!”

”The place was tidy and cosy. We get great navigation instructions from Laurence and there was own parking lot waiting. Boutique 444 is near the Venice Canals and in walking distance from Venice Beach and Abbott Kinney Blv. For the grocery shopping you need a car. The bed was big and the bathroom was clean. The shower gave water with good pressure. There was bicycles and beach towels waiting, water bottles in a big fridge and informative guest book with restaurant recommendations. And working...
