First of all receptionist couldn't find my booking he said we don't have any booking under your name I showed him confirmation # from hotels.com but still he was asking me how you book this room they don't want me leave taxi until he confirm booking from his boss finally he gave us room with dirty bed sheet and dusty furniture we call to housekeeping to change the bed sheet and vacuum the carpet that carpet is very old and dirty there is no breakfast at all that hotel is at good location but they don't maintain properly they don't know how to check online booking when reach at hotel and see the room condition we were so upset we tried to cancel that booking and move to other hotel
But they don't understand what we want to do please check with hotel management and refund my payment that hotel is not worth of that room charges I paid.
