”Our first impression of the hotel was positive as Eboni in the reception was just the sweetest!
When we got into the room, it was a worn out but functional. No coffee machine thou. A lot of stains on the carpets and furnitures. There seems to be a lot of personnel, but nobody (apart from the receptionist) seemed to be busy or active.
Breakfast was the biggest joke - there was no coffee and only limited types of food available after 9 AM. The second morning, coffee ran out already at 8:45....

We made reservations but we had an ice storm and couldn't even get out of our driveway, much less our street, so we couldn't make it to the hotel. When I called to cancel the staff associate was extremely kind and cancelled our reservation. ”
