”Relaxing stay at this boutique hotel. On the beach and hotel provides 2 chairs and an umbrella. Very clean and nicely decorated. Aguasal restaurant is very tasty, along with the food by the pool. Service was great everywhere. The rooms are pretty small, but clean and modern. Mid-beach is a quaint area— not happening like South Beach. The beach boardwalk is lovely and there are a few restaurants walking distance from hotel, but not huge selection. ”

”Stayed at the new Shelbourne Hotel in Miami Beach and honestly everything was great. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful, which set the tone right away. The pool was calm and peaceful—such a nice vibe. Everything felt fresh and clean. Definitely would come back.”
”I love this hotel.
It’s clean and really nicely decorated. Amazing gym to workout. The breakfast buffet is super tasty and the rooftop pool is the place to enjoy you day and have excellent sushi lunch.
I can’t wait to go back!

”Location by the green Collins Park but still at a walking and trolley distance to where it all happens was perfect. Also the beach is just a couple of minutes away. Everything was clean and nice except the pool area and front terrace, which has seen better days. Those were cozy and cute, but need a facelift fast. The sushi restaurant and bar is excellent. Nice that the bikes are complimentary for the first hour, but the rate after that is just crazy: 50$/hour. Very helpful staff. ”

”We love Hotel Croydon and stay here every time in Miami Beach. We park across the river in the parking garage and just Uber every where. The restaurant downstairs is delicious ”
”Hotel Greystone is perfectly placed for everything - eating, shopping, transport options, getting to the beach.
It also has an onsite bar, restaurant and snack bar which are all brilliant.

”Tyvärr motsvarar hotellet inte priset det kostar, enligt oss. Rummet vi hade som familj på 4 var rätt litet, men helt ok i skick. Det var dock mycket ljud både i rummet och utanför på innergården som vi måste gå igenom för att komma till vårt rum.
Frukosten som skulle ingå innebar att få frukostbiljetter till restaurangen, vilket vi inte fick vid incheckning så det ställde till extra bekymmer. Det verkade oklart och oorganiserat. Själva frukosten beställdes sedan som en måltid från köket, så...
”We keep coming back to the Monte Carlo because the rooms are apartments with everything needed, the beach and location are fantastic with great nearby restaurants, Publix, Walgreens and souvenir shops. It’s family oriented with 2 great pools, lounge, pool table, gym and free beach chairs/umbrella. I could go on & will definitely be back. ”
”We cheked in at 9pm, got our room and noticed that is was not clean. The bath tub was filthy and full of hair, bedsheets were un clean, floor was dirty and toilet was dirty. I told this to the staff at the front desk, they did not apologise but showed us another room that was even more dirty and smelled like mold.
Overall this experience was bad. The hotel is not clean, the pool water is not changed or cleaned propelly, and customer servise was poor. Matress marks indicate to mold and bed...

- I booked and payed for a room with sea view, but got a room with only a partial sea view, which was a really big dissapointment because it was the main reason why I booked this hotel. The gym was very small and you can't basically do anything other than cardio there. Also the walls of the hotel rooms are very thin, so I couldn't sleep at all for the last two nights of my stay because there was VERY noisy people staying next to my room and they were partying and just being very very loud in general (this wasn't of course the hotels fault but just saying that the wall are very thin).
I liked this hotel and enjoyed my stay, but it wasn't worth the price I paid."
