— Please be responsible for any packages delivered before, during, or after your stay. We are unable to store, forward, or manage deliveries.

— Landscaping services may occasionally access the yard for routine maintenance such as lawn care, tree trimming, or leaf removal.

— If something isn't working properly, please notify me right away. Maintenance requests are typically addressed within 24 business hours.

— The city may occasionally perform work in the neighborhood, including sidewalk, fencing, or common-area improvements.
