”The airconditioning machine made tremendous noice in the bathroom. Closing the door wouldn't keep the noice down. This was room 2808. We had another room and there the AC was just normal.”

”So crowded that it toook you like 20 min to get an elevator in the morning. No place to sit or take a call in the lobby because it was full of travelers suitcases. Breakfast was also below average and always so crowded that it was hard to get anything to eat or for example toast your bread. ”

”We stayed for one night as a family of four with two kids. The staff was very helpful. We arrived early, and they offered complimentary luggage storage until check-in, which was very convenient. There is more than one subway station nearby, and many attractions are within walking distance, including the Brooklyn Bridge, One World Trade Center, and the firehouse featured in the Ghostbusters movie.
I was happy with our choice of hotel.”
