This is a full-service resort. Your check-in procedures will model that of a hotel and your room number will be assigned during check in.

Orlando’s Sunshine Resort is designed with your family in mind. This bracing seaside resort offers you a wide variety of amusements within your reach.
Approximately 1,300 square feet, this spacious Two- Bedroom suite features 1 King Bed in the master bedroom, 2 Queen Beds, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa including a full kitchen, dining room, balcony/patio, 2 separate bathrooms and laundry. Maximum of 8 occupants.
Additional amenities include: internet access (wi-fi), cable television, DVD player, BBQ Grills, blender, hair dryer, coffee maker, ice maker, microwave, dish washer, refrigerator, iron/ironing board, washer/dryer, and stove.
The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. Cash is not accepted. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.
The check- in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to Orlando's Sunshine Resort is Orlando International (MCO) which is 17 miles by car respectively.

Wonderful, clean, and quiet
Very simple check in and simple drive directions to right in front of our unit. It was extremely clean everywhere...I checked, and I’m picky. Spotless! My friend that came with me is legally blind, so we had a bathroom equipped with extra bars and a seat in the shower, as well as being on the ground floor as I’d requested. She and I drove from Clarksville, TN to visit my daughter and her husband, and my 9 month old grandson. We spent most of our time in our condo. The only con I would say is that there was no salt or pepper, even with COVID little packets would be helpful. Since I did cook a lot, I’ve learned to come prepared, toilet paper, garbage bags, sugar, flour, tea, and oil, paper towels and chips and snack food. Like I said, I came very prepared, so my review is 5 stars and I would gladly and definitely stay here again.
