Tervetuloa Villa Sonrisaan, meidän ylellinen loma-asunto sijaitsee aivan keskellä Floridan taikaa. Kotimme on vain 2 kilometrin päässä Walt Disney World -omistuksesta Windsor Hillsin 24 tunnin vartioidulla lomakeskusyhteisöllä. Tämä on Orlandon alueen tärkein lomakohde, jossa on lomakeskuksen mukavuuksia, kuten yksityinen elokuvateatteri, liikuntakeskus, laguunityylinen nolla-allas vesiliukumäellä, suihkulähteet, tenniskentät, koripallo, viheriö, lentopallo ja lasten leikkikentillä.

Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on oma taulu HDTV. Kaikki nauttivat avoimesta oleskelutilasta suurella 55 tuuman HDTV: llä, joka on Chromecastin käytössä, joten voit streamata kaikki suosikkisi Netflixistä, HBO GO: stä, YouTubesta ja muista. Mukana on myös Blu-Ray / DVD-yhdistelmäsoitin, Xbox 360 Kinectilla ja CD-stereojärjestelmä viihdekeskuksessa.

Täysin turvatarkastus yksityisellä uima-altaalla ja kylpyläalueella on aurinkoinen lounaisvalotus. Meidän varjostettu ulkoilma-viihdealue, jossa on päivitetty ruokailuhuonekalut, kaksoisilmapuhaltimet ja propaani-BBQ-grilli (ilmainen), tekee täydellisestä oleskelutilasta tai ruokailla. Todella hauska alkaa Villa Sonrisan ilmastoidussa ja täysin viimeistellyssä pelihuoneessa, jossa on: biljardipöytä, jossa on 9 palloa ja snooker-palloa, flipperi, kupla jääkiekko, 60-in-1 stand-up-pelikone, elektroniset darts, TV, pöytätietokone, ja mukava lepotuoli ja pub-pöytä. Tietenkin kotiin sisältyy myös ilmainen nopea WiFi-internet-palvelu koko. Ei veloitusta Pool Heat tai BBQ Propaani. 7 yön yöpymisiä on diskontattu. 5 yön minimum stay.

This was a very comfortable house for the Nine of us. The pool was a huge hit for the kids and ourselves. The drive to the parks were better than we expected, we left between 7;30/8am each morning and had no traffic to deal with.

Another Great Stay at Villa Sonrisa

This was our third stay at Villa Sonrisa, and as always, it was a wonderful experience. The house is clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything you need. It's conveniently located near shopping and all the Disney parks. The property owner communicates promptly and is always helpful with any questions or concerns. We always enjoy our time at Villa Sonrisa and would absolutely stay here again!

Wish we could stay longer

Beautiful home in wonderful location. The owner and property manager were very easy to contact. Children loved the pool and game room at the end of a day spent seeing Disney and Universal. Sorry we didn’t have time to use community pool and water park. They look amazing. Close to Walmart Target restaurants urgent care. Definitely a 10 rating.

Perfect Vacation Home

We had wonderful stay in this beautiful home. It brought back great memories of our stay here in 2016. The salt water pool and hot tub were amazing. Always loved the game room and glad you still have the AC/DC pinball machine. Excellant people to rent froom . Very helpful and hope to return again someday.

Fantastic House Minutes from Disney

This stay was terrific! The house is just as described in the listing and was perfect for seven seven people using four of the bedrooms. The layout of the house works well and the sound is pretty well isolated from room to room - so if there are people wanting to stay up later in the living room, the sound in the bedrooms is rather quiet. The heated private pool and hot tub are great and we used them multiple times per day. The development is beautiful and well-maintained, and only about 10-20 minutes from the Disney parks depending on traffic. The communication with the host was very responsive. Definitely would recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit.

Perfect Space

3 couples stayed for 7 days. The house was even nicer than the photos. Everyone loved their beds and the game room was a HUGE hit. The owners were incredibly responsive to any inquiries. Highly recommend and we would love to stay here again if the need arises.

Great house, well stocked with everything needed. Very clean!!!!! Great having a heated pool and a fantastic game room. The community pool area was also a lot of fun. The Best Stress-Free Stay in Florida!

This was hands-down the most stress-free stay we’ve ever had in Florida. Typically, there are tons of rules and restrictions, which is understandable, but this host truly focused on making the check-in process easy, helping us settle in, and encouraging us to just have fun. The house felt like a true home away from home. As frequent visitors to Florida, we’ve experienced our share of overcomplicated stays with endless notes on bathrooms and doors, but this was refreshingly different. One standout feature was the thoughtful amenities. We couldn’t bring our stroller or highchair, but the host provided several options for both, which made our trip so much easier this year! We can’t wait to return—this place is a gem!

Our stay was wonderful. Everything we needed for a week's vacation was available, and the house was clean and comfortable. Our children loved the pool and the cool game room! The house is conveniently located 15 minutes from Disney and 25 minutes from Universal. The owner was always prompt and responsive. We highly recommend booking your stay at this fabulous property!

Great Property

The property was as advertised. The space for everyone to spread out was perfect. The biggest issue was checking in. We waited in line for 90 minutes only be told to come back and check in later. We had to go back three additional times to get our car registered. Also, the grill almost created a fire when we started it. It had alot of grease in the bottom. Overall, we would stay at this property again. Thank you! Tracy

Fun family getaway

This was the first time all of my adult children, spouses and grandchild stayed in the same house together. It worked out great! Plenty of space for all of us. Spent a lot of time in the pool and on the covered patio. The game room was a hit during the evenings and rainy days. Location was great, easy to get to about anything we needed.

Disney Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Sonrisa. The house was perfect for the amount of people we had. The location was really convenient to all the parks. We also took a trip to Kennedy Space Center and the drive was very easy. We used a stroller from the house for our trips to the parks. The “Toddler Closet” in the house had a few strollers to pick from. That was really nice. We had a great time using the pool. My kids didn’t even want to check out the main pool/water park because they enjoyed the pool at the house so much. Overall a good rental. I would recommend it.

Family Disney Vacation 2024

The home is beautiful and the location is perfect! The pool and hot tub were wonderful to have for a relaxing day away from the parks! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, dishes, etc. I am not sure who loved the game room more, my husband or four year old grandson. The amenities of the community are fantastic as well! Juli is quick to respond and easy to work with! Highly recommend this rental! Thank you for a wonderful time!
