Only 100 meters from the Adriatic Sea, Villa Fleur can accommodate up to 10 guests (optimally 8). Fully air-conditioned, the villa offers a spacious living room, a modern kitchen and a dining room with enough space for ten people. The comfortable living room is equipped with a TV, sofas, coffee table and armchairs, while an additional room with an iron and a separate toilet increases the practicality of the stay.



On the upper floor there are four bedrooms with double beds, each with its own bathroom and a beautiful view of the sea.

The exterior of the villa offers a terrace with a pool of 18 m², surrounded by deckchairs for sunbathing. The outdoor charcoal or wood grill allows you to prepare Dalmatian specialties, and the outdoor table for ten people is perfect for outdoor meals with an enchanting view of nature and the sea.



The villa has a private garage with 3 parking spaces.



For additional entertainment, the villa offers billiards, table tennis and darts, as well as a pilates ball, an orbitrek and a portable speaker. There are numerous activities nearby such as wine tours, water sports, diving, sailing, horse riding and olive oil tours.
