”There was a huge cockroach in the room and the jets of the spa made water spray everywhere in the room. Also it was dusty as if it had not been cleaned. Also at night it was very rowdy. Likely not returning and would not recommend. ”

”When I got there to check in for a room I had already reserved, I was given three different room keys and asked to check them out to see if they were clean. Two of the rooms were occupied and the other was locked. The staff promised me a refund after, which I have yet to receive. Overall, service was very unprofessional. The staff member helping me even suggested that the people in line behind me go with me to check the rooms.”

”Very misleading ad or information of the property on hotels.com, it's not a single unit there are 4 units poor management ,parking problems very rude host , other tents interfering, not so safe neighborhood.... Please remove this listing from hotels .com it's not a hotel...”

”This room had all the essentials - a microwave, a mini fridge, free WiFi, free parking, a tv, and it was the cheapest rate I could find on short notice. It looks rough and could be cleaner, but I felt safe here and was able to relax for a few days, so overall I’m not complaining. It’s a great value for what is provided. Thank you to the staff 🙏”

”I liked the size of the rooms and they were clean. It was also close to the events I needed to attend so I loved that. Close to dining options and shopping. I didn’t like that they didn’t have rooms available on the ground floor because I traveled with my mom and husband and they both have trouble getting up and down the stairs. I was able to get one room on the on the first floor but it smelled a lot of cigarettes. I also found three cockroaches in the bathroom.”
