”This was my second time coming here with my family, we really enjoyed the property and the service. The only complain I have is when making reservations. They say you have to make them the day of but when I asked if i could make it for the following day they said NO!! But on the day before my last day they said they could do that !! I would’ve greatly appreciated if they said that the day I checked in ! I was furious ”

”Well-run hotel with great service and good faciiites overall. Food selection was decent. The suite was amazing, the best I’ve stayed in of any similar tier of resort. Good clean resort, attentive service, lots of smiles. The entertainment was good and we thought the traditional Mexican festival with foot stands and dancers outside in the sandy pavilion was super unique. Overall, we had a great time. Service and operations management are doing a great job. Opportunities: - not enough chairs...

”The property was very clean and overall quieter atmosphere. It was perfect for our family with 2 little toddlers (3&4 y/o). the walk down to the beach through the jungle was really nice. The food could've been better. that was our only negative comment we had regarding this resort, however there were lots of options to choose from which kept us full. on the last day there was lots of seaweed build up on the shore and in the water, which isn't the fault of the resort. staff are nice and friendly....
