”We had dietary restrictions as we only eat halal and they were very good about it. Everyone in the food and beverage were notified and they were really helpful to ensure we had a great experience.”
”We really had a good time, the view is amaizing, nice pool, the food was always on point, we had the room with pool and it was 24 hours, so even better, great staff full of attention to the guest, definetly recommend it to anyone who can go. ”

”Everyone was wonderful! My husband lost his nice sunglasses at the airport and concierge helped him find a new pair that wasn’t 300. The kids area was perfect for my kids. We have a 3, 4, and 6 year old. Honestly, plan to book again which I never like to do to experience something new, but it actual gave me a break as a mom. ”

”This resort is gorgeous, along with great staff and amenities. The property is quite large, but they provide plenty of easy transportation around to save you from all the walking. ”
”Let me start by saying. I’m fortunate to have traveled the Caribbean often. I’ve been to Mexico many times over the last 20+ years and Isla Mujeres several times. I’ve stayed in everything from 5 star all inclusive to some down right outdated DIY hotels.
Casa Del Jaguar didn’t miss. From the reception to departure everything was handled perfectly.
The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful through out our stay.

”The property and the staff at icaco were absolutely amazing. One of the most relaxing vacations my wife and I have done. It was convenient, comfortable , and very well maintained. We watched the sunset from the pool deck and sunrise and sea turtles from our balcony. The girls which gave us massages were just as amazing. This was our 2nd trip to Isla and it has become one of our favorite destinations. We will be back and we will definitely stay at icaco again. Thanks for the great memories”
