”The hotel is very new from we heard in the area. Best for people that want to stay in the hotel to spend their vacation. They do have an app with all resorts information, to entertainment, restaurants and bars. Very private area so it safe. If you plan to go out and do activities do know that the transportation (1hr 20min) is long from Xcaret, playa de Carmen, Cobá, Tulum. The closest is Isla Mujeres with a close ferry. Room is very luxurious like a small studio. We had all inclusive jr suite...

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. The service was excellent, and the room was beautiful. The only downside was the shower—the water pressure was very weak, and it took a long time to get hot. Aside from that, the food selection was great, and the spa was absolutely amazing and enjoyable.
