You get butlers assigned with your room and they help you all throughout the day with room needs, restaurant reservations , spa reservations , pool bed reservations , etc . Anything you aren’t too sure about just text and ask your butler ! The hotel is located right on Playa Norte across from another resort. The ocean is so blue and beautiful and there were a lot of fish that would swim near you.
