”Our stay at Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres was absolutely amazing. Everything was perfect. The cleanliness, the food, the service, and the staff were on another level. We just checked out now. There was a lot of details that shows high level of service, but I wil share one thing, we were on the beach, a nice member of the staff came to us and ask for our sunglasses to clean it as a part of the service. 😄 That was new for me. ”Great stay. I have stayed at a lot of secrets. It did not disappoint. I am a beach person and would have really liked better beach shade on the non preferred side. Most of them have it. The umbrellas were just not like the huts. Restaurants all great. I didn’t like the drive in the golf cart to there restaurants but the layout just doesn’t permit them within walking distance. Beautiful place. Nice pools. Plenty of seating. Great staff.”

”Dana our Expedia rep was excellent ..1st and foremost As far as hotel..our room was awesome But we only got the upgrade because there was an issue with our original room and they had to upgrade us … I did not like the fact that there was so many up charges for so many things This is an all inclusive hotel So I expect to have access to everything Not have to pay extra for a certain food or a high quality drink …that issue really left a sour taste in my mouth The beach area was very nice...

”Lotus: Clean rooms. Front desk is very informative. Taxi service is usually readily available right outside Lotus. They also have their own golf carts to rent. Spa treatment was great. Guru restaurant food at lotus was great (two plates we ordered ceviche and the black angus burger with truffle fries - best truffle fries I’ve had anywhere, ask for the habanero hot sauce it’s delicious) although they close the beach access from lotus relatively early in the evening you still have access to it...
