”The hotel tried to give me a room on the ground floor when i reserved a room with a mountain view. They changed the room but it still was not what I would consider what I reserved. Paying $11.95 a day for parking to park in an open general parking lot is ridiculous. The hotel was in good condition and the breakfast was great.”

”Right next to a busy freeway, will hear the road noises in the room. Our room was right next to the breakfast room and we had a hard time sleeping because of constant door slamming. The slams were so hard our beds shook. Also when people drag their luggage on the floors it is so loud. Could hear everyone talking as they passed our room. I was really disappointed about the pool not being open and that the continental breakfast was not continental breakfast at all was a no meat but overall, it was a good day, but I really wish I was able to get my breakfast. ”
