”We visited TRS Yucatán for our honeymoon it took over an hour and a half to check in . The upsell was so much pressure almost unbearable. Then everything in this resort you had to have a ride to so spread out. I booked a room with a private garden pool not so private we could hear and see everything from the guests 2 rooms down. ”We did enjoy the staff, the people working at the resort very kind. The resort however, was not great. The food was horrible. Every restaurant had issues. Some restaurants had a sewage type smell when you first walk in. The wait for food at the restaurants 40 minutes minimum. The restaurants were out of food in the food that did come out was tough parentheses steak, and just not good.
