A Casa di Fiamma - Ihana tyylikäs huoneisto keskustassa

Kivenheiton päässä Vatikaanista, Vatikaanin museoista, kuuluisasta Borgo Piosta ja kauniista Castel Sant'Angelosta, talo sijaitsee Pratin alueella, joka tunnetaan upeasta varhaisesta 900-luvun arkkitehtuuristaan. Prati on yksi Rooman vilkkaimmista ja tyylikkäimmistä alueista. Pääostoskatu on Via Cola di Rienzo, lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä talosta.
Huoneisto sijaitsee Umbertine-rakennuksen ensimmäisessä kerroksessa, jossa on jaksolattia ja stukki, ja se on hiljattain remontoitu.
Samalla alueella on kaksi ruutua, Piazza Cavour ja Piazza Risorgimento, joissa on monia linja-autoja, joiden avulla voit tutustua Roomaan helposti. Löydät myös taksiaseman ja bussilinjan (SIT SHUTTLE BUS) Fiumicinon lentokentälle.
10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä asunnosta on myös A-metrolinja (Ottaviano ja / tai Lepanto), jonka avulla voit saapua muutamassa minuutissa kauniiseen Piazza di Spagnalle. Sen ympäristössä on Rooman tyylikkäimpiä kauppoja.

Ylittäessään Sant'Angelon sillan Tiberin yli, 3 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä asunnosta, pääset Rooman historialliseen keskustaan kuuluisan Via Giulian kadun kautta, josta on helppo päästä Piazza Farneselle, Campo dei Fiorille ja upeaan Piazzaan. Navona.
Muutaman askeleen päässä asunnosta on maksullinen pysäköintialue.

Rakennuksen sisäänkäynnillä on portaat, ennen kuin saavut hissille.
Huoneistossa on iso eteinen, kaksi makuuhuonetta, kabinetti vuodesohvalla, olohuone, jossa erityinen keittokomero, 3 kylpyhuonetta ja eteinen, ja mahtuu korkeintaan 9 henkilöä.
Yksi huone nukkuu 4 (1 parivuode + 2 yhden hengen), kaksi muuta ovat yksi makuuhuone parivuode ja huone vuodesohvalla. Lisävuoteita varten ota suoraan yhteyttä omistajaan.
Sisustus on erittäin mukava ja kylpyhuoneet on sisustettu erityisen huolellisesti. Talossa on ilmastointi, mikroaaltouuni, Nespresso, vedenkeitin, hiustenkuivaaja ja silitysrauta.
Vierailla on pääsy koko huoneistoon.
Kiinteistön omistaja Fiamma toivottaa sinut tervetulleeksi saapuessaan ja vie sinut huoneistossa sisäänkirjautumispalveluihin.
Oleskelun aikana Fiamma on käytettävissä mihin tahansa erityistarpeeseen (tiedot ja hätätilanteet), ja vieraat saavat puhelinnumeron ottaakseen yhteyttä häneen.
Naapurissa olevassa rakennuksessa on luonnonmukainen supermarket ja vain 50 metrin päässä kaksi muuta supermarketia; kadun toisella puolella on ravintola ja baari / kahvila.

We had a great stay. Fiamma was wonderful to work with. Flight delays caused several check-in adjustments, but communication with Fiamma was very accommodating and got us in even though it was very late in the evening. The location was perfect for our visit to the Vatican. The neighborhood had everything we needed. I highly recommend it.

It was our first time in Rome and friends that travel to Italy frequently recommended staying close to the Vatican. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. The apartment was clean and in an excellent location. We would stay here again.Ashburn, VA

Overall, it was good, but there were not enough toilet paper and trash bags. The bathroom needed to be cleaner; the toilet was not fully flushed when we arrived. Additionally, there was some dust in the environment, which caused one of my family members to have an allergy in her eyes. The location is excellent, and the owner is very responsible. I would still recommend this place if you have a large group for your trip!

Our stay was excellent. Unique apartment for sure. The location was excellent (especially if visiting the Vatican). We walked to all from here…including city center/ Spanish steps. The apartment kitchen possibilities are limited if needed. One of the Bathrooms is quite small. Fiamma is an excellent Host and very responsive.

Location is certainly a big advantage... close to so much in Rome. Allowed us to walk to most sites. Good size and features for us 3 couples. We had to keep flushing the toilets because the plumbing didn't drain well, and the smell was bad if not used. Check-in was tedious, but the owner was responsive. Pleasant stay, and we really enjoyed Rome.

We were very happy with our stay in this apartment. Plenty of room for 4 of us to have our own beds. There are restaurants, grocery stores, gelato and pharmacy within 1/2-2 blocks. Vatican/St Peter's Basilica was about 15 minute walk. Air conditioning works well in each room but drips a lot in hot weather. Check in and check out were easy, they don't require any work on the tenants part. You will have to buy your own toilet paper after the original rolls are gone. We did have issues getting taxis to pick us up. I think it was just a really busy week when we were there in July.

The bathrooms and showers were smaller than how they appeared in booking even though photos were accurate. Otherwise, apartment was clean and accommodated our group well. Although small, it was definitely nice to have three bathrooms with showers. Location was a bit far to walk to Ancient Rome sites but was perfect for visit to Vatican and area restaurants and markets. Would definitely stay there again.

Great owner. Met us a bit early and helped us with check in. In a prime location with an amazing place to eat just across the street. All homemade Italian goodies. The neighborhood was welcoming and we felt safe walking around in the evening there. Highly recommend. When we go back, I will contact this owner again.

The kitchen area is very small and it was a challenge to manage, but otherwise, the accommodations were comfortable. The large room for the teenagers worked very well. The location was very good. Having the grocery store, pharmacy, and restaurants very nearby was very convenient.

We were a half an hour late, getting to the property due to mixups in the metro. We could not get service on our cell phones To contact the host. The minute we walked in the door she didn’t even say hello all she said was that we were late and she had been waiting and we should have called her. She was very rude and unprofessional. We were apologetic but it was beyond our control. It is a good location. To say that it has three bathrooms is a stretch because it’s one large bathroom separated into two. When you turn the shower on in one of the bathrooms the water leaked out onto the floor. In the other bathroom when you use the sink water bubbled up in the shower and smell like sewer. I do think that there should be hot water in the kitchen so when you wash dishes, it’s more sterile.

Hot water missing in the kitchen, sewer smell in one of the bathrooms, not enough kitchen towels, lightbulbs burned out in the bathroom. The host was very friendly and kind. It was a great location and easy access in and out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.

The property was perfect for our family of 5 and the location was within walking distance to many things we wanted to see (Vatican; Castle Sant'Agelo; Piazza Navona; The Pantheon; Trevi Fountain). Fiamma was great to work with and easy to get in touch with at any time.

You can’t find a better central location. Perfect if you have a large group-lots of room. Very unhappy with how host asked for more cash when we arrived and sent someone else to meet us last minute. This felt stressful after flying 30 hours. Sent us into a panic in our jet lagged conditions. When I asked for a receipt for the extra payment for the tourist tax the host was very rude and said I was offensive for asking. She is obviously inexperienced at hosting, especially to foreigners. She demanded the tax be in euros not dollars (we tried to pay US dollars cash when we arrived, but it was insisted it be Euros). The add did not mention the tax, how much the tax was, or how it was collected. Host demanded more fees in cash in Euros for a 3rd person staying in a 3 bed room but the website didn’t say how much it was. The furniture was damaged and low quality, there were lamps with no light bulbs in them, one toilet barely flushed, one bathroom had no lights at all, beds were very uncomfortable, locks were difficult to open. Overall the place was poorly maintained. The host could have resolved our concern about the tax and instead chose to be rude and uncooperative. We paid the tax through VRBO and suggest you do the same and ask questions before you book. This is a budget/economy stay, not as nice as it looks in the add. The neighborhood is really noisy-on a Main Street, be prepared, bring earplugs. Regardless we had a blast in Rome!

We loved the old parts of the building, the elevator is gorgeous. Security is great. Apartment is clean, quiet and safe. Grocery on the corner and many quaint sidewalk cafes close by. The young lady who greeted us was very kind and informative. A wonderful few days in Rome.
