Adriana's Suite close to Vatican

Adriana is a brand new classy flat divided into Two Suites with living room, kitchen and private bathroom. The decor is Minimal Chic with Smart TV, Washing Machine, Iron, Hairdryer and Fibre Wi Fi. We are in the exclusive Prati District a few steps from the Vatican City, Castel Sant'Angelo, etc.. At 100 metres from the bus stop and 600 from the Cipro Metro Station where there is a large parking area. It is well supplied with 24h Pharmacies, Restaurants, Bars, Supermarket open 24h Shopping and Sharing Mobility services.



Adriana is divided into 2 Suites:

1) ANGELICA with a large Double Bedroom with Smart TV, Living Room with Sofa Bed, Smart TV and kitchenette with everything you need to prepare Coffee, Herbal Teas and Tea and finally the Bathroom with Shower.

2) ADELE which has a Double Bedroom with Smart TV, Eat in Kitchen, Bathroom with Shower.



ATTENTION, READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING:

LATE CHECK IN after 20:00 has a cost of 20 euros, after 23:00 has a cost of 30 euros.

STAY TAX, NOT INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION is to be paid in CASH at Check In.

SMOKING inside the flat is strictly prohibited!

Please RESPECT your NEIGHBOR and keep NOISE to a MINIMUM, especially during the night (10 PM 08 AM), on arrival and departure.

At Check Out any WASTE should be kindly disposed of outside in the communal bins.

If desired Bathroom Kit and EXTRA Cleaning are NOT included in the booking fee.
