APARTMENT RULES:

- LATE CHECKIN: AN ADDITIONAL COST WILL BE REQUIRED FROM 10.00 PM TO 12.00 AM OF €30, plus €10 per hour until 7.00 am.

- The tourist tax (€6 per night per person) and the cleaning fee of €145 will be paid in cash upon arrival.

- For bookings longer than a week, a weekly cleaning of €50 is required in addition to the final cleaning of the apartment.

IMPORTANT: to complete the online check-in you must include a photo of your identity card or passport. The driving license is invalid.
Guests must send the documents relating to the registration of arriving people upon request.

*In the situation of the Tenant’s inability to vacate the apartment by the day and time of Check out (10 AM), the Tenant, authorizes the Lessor to enter the house in his absence and to free the apartment from
all personal effects, objects or property of the Conductor. The Lessor also undertakes to safeguard (for at least 30 days ), in the best possible way, all the Lessee’s assets and return them to the same at his first request.
